USE OF CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Introduction
- On mobile app, we will not be collecting any data from user. The App will be using the data from database that has been created through the backend. The SPOC and Approver user can login through their emails that has been linked to their account through the database, and Employee users can login through their mobile number that also has been already linked to the information on the pre-created database.
- We require certain information to allow us to process your bookings. BAI Infosolutions Private Limited collects the details provided by you including, name and job title, contact information including email address, demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers together with information we learn about you from your use of our service and your visits to our web site and/or our app and other sites accessible from them. We also collect information about the transactions you undertake including details of payment cards used.
- We may collect additional information in connection with your participation in any promotions or competitions offered by us and information you provide when giving us feedback.
- We will use your information to provide and personalise our service. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you.
