    • Email
    • Mobile No
  • TaxiVaxi will ask you to verify your email and mobile no to ensure safety and security.
  • On the login page, go to forgot password link and enter the registered email id.
  • New password will be sent to your registered email id

User Profile

  • For security reasons, we don’t allow the users to edit email/mobile no directly.
  • For any further queries, please write to us at support@taxivaxi.com
  • SOS is a security feature of TaxiVaxi.
  • Through this feature, you can add contact no which will be your first point of contact and shall be used in case of emergency.
  • SOS works on mobile app.
  • When SOS button is pressed, an SMS is sent to your SOS contact person with your current location details.
  • Favorites is the feature to tag your most frequently used locations.
  • You can use these favorite tags while making booking on the mobile app.

The password can be changed through “Change Password” functionality in “My Profile” section.


Booking Related

Fill the form in “No Result” page OR write to us at support@taxivaxi.com.

Apply your coupon on “Booking Confirmation and Payment” Page.

In case the vehicle you booked doesn't show up, we will arrange a new vehicle immediately. If you want we will offer you a full refund also in case of no show of vehicle.

We try our best to ensure our partners reach our customers on time. But in case of delays, do call us and we will help you out by either providing an alternate vehicle.


Cancellations Related

  • The facility of changing existing booking is not there.
  • You can cancel the existing booking and place a new booking.
  • Please note that the cancellation charge shall apply according to our cancellation policy if you cancel existing booking.
  • You can cancel your booking anytime. The cancellation charges are as follows:
    • 24 hours before pick-up time: No Charge
    • 12 - 24 hours before pick-up time: 50% of the advance amount
    • 6 - 12 hours before pick-up time: 75% of the advance amount
    • 0 - 6 hours before pick-up time: 100% of the advance amount
  • Please note that if the vehicle is cancelled after reporting, then we will ask for the complete package amount and if not paid the same shall be debited from the TaxiVaxi wallet.

You can pay an advance amount online (as requested during the time of booking) by Net Banking, Debit / Credit card or TaxiVaxi Wallet and the rest if any you can pay directly to the driver after completion of the trip..

Yes, the online payment done on taxivaxi.com is completely safe and secure. We have tied up with “Citrus” which uses certified security infrastructure to ensure that your online payment is completely safe. As a company policy we don't store any card details.


TaxiVaxi Wallet

TaxiChips consists of all Promotional Cashback earned through taxivaxi.com which includes:

  • Referral Cashback
  • Loyalty Cashback
  • Booking Related Cashback (Earned through Coupons)
  • Cancellation Refund of Promotional wallet balance which was used while making the booking.

TaxiChips+ consists of all Non-Promotional deposits in the TaxiVaxi Wallet made by the means of either Credit/Debit Cards, Net-banking or any other 3rd party wallets.

  • You can add money to your TaxiVaxi wallet from “My Wallet” section in “My Profile” section.
  • Payment can be made from any of these available options
    • Debit/Credit Card
    • Net-banking
    • Other Authorized Third Party Wallets

While using the wallet the wallet credit shall be used in the following manner

  • No limit to use TaxiChips+
  • The terms of using the Promotional Wallet Balance (TaxiChips) is:
    • 25% of the advance or 25% of the wallet credit balance or 300, whichever is lower.
    • For offers where upfront discount is availed, TaxiChips Credit usage shall not be applicable.
    • TaxiChips Credit usage calculations shall not be applicable on Service Tax or any other applicable tax to be payable by the user.
    • TaxiChips Credit cannot be used to pay Service Tax or any other applicable tax and shall be payable by the user separately.
