CANCELLATION POLICY



Cancellation Policy for Local and Outstation Taxi
  • You may cancel your booking from the Profile-My Bookings Page after logging in online or by sending a mail to cancellation@taxivaxi.com.
  • The cancellation charge applicable shall be as per the below schedule:
    • In case the booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the pick-up time, no penalty will be charged and full advance will be refunded.
    • In case the booking is cancelled 12-24 hours before the pick-up time 50% of the advance deposit will be deducted as penalty and the rest will be refunded.
    • In case the booking is cancelled 6-12 hours before the pick-up time 75% of the advance deposit will be deducted as penalty and the rest will be refunded.
    • In case the booking is cancelled 0-6 hours before the pick-up time, 100% of the advance deposit will be deducted as penalty.

Refund Policy for Tour Taxi:
  • All refunds will be processed with-in 10 business working days.
  • The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the same card.
